As a Columbus, Ohio-based family photographer, my goal is to capture the essence of you and/or your family and the details of this stage of your life together. The fleeting moments and expressions that make you stop and stare because you want to ingrain them in your memory: Your son doing homework with his head in his hand, the way your daughter's hair curls and her nose wrinkles, the smallness of her hand in yours, or the way he innocently snuggles into you on the couch at the end of a long day. These are the photos that will forever remind you of what life feels like right now, freezing a piece of time.
I enjoy shooting in or around your home because it allows your relationships to be truly seen in the place where you love and experience life together. It’s also a great idea to choose a location or activity that is special to you. Most clients choose to order all digital files or a collection option plus wall art and a number of prints.

Printing promptly eliminates the stress of knowing you have access to beautiful images but haven’t done anything with them (because let’s be honest, that is what often happens otherwise). Digital files are full-resolution, custom-edited originals and can be archived and reproduced at any time, but some knowledge is required to make sure they are printed and stored well (I will offer guidance). Your files will include print release for printing rights, as well as lab suggestions.
